Round Two

Okay, as previously stated, I have decided to do Round 2. I Will write it all up for you again and include videos this time. there are going to be some changes for instance..


1. This time I'm doing the 6 week and 1 day option and not the 5 week as before. I really wanted to do 5 but for reasons I'll explain it's best this time that I do the other option. I will still be doing my workouts outside. I'll even add photos of my training spot, and I will once again be doing the dreaded OMAD (lol)
